What Windway is

Windway is a practice tool for the tin whistle, delivered in your browser. Signing up starts a free 7-day trial - the full tune library and a first taste of the games; after that, a single payment of $39 unlocks Windway for your account, permanently, games and all. No subscription, and no extra charge for the practice features we ship after you buy.

Your license

The purchase is a personal license, tied to your account, for you and the devices you play on. Don't share accounts, resell access, or redistribute the app. That's the whole list.

Tunes

Windway's tune library contains information from The Session, the community's home for traditional music, made available under its content license and the Open Database License (ODbL). Our copy of that database - repackaged for fast search and playback - is itself available under the ODbL at windway.app/session, and every tune links back to its page on The Session. Most of these tunes are traditional; where one has a living composer it appears here the same way it does on The Session, and a composer or rights holder who would rather it didn't can email hello@windway.app - we'll take it down promptly. Windway charges for the practice tools, never for the tunes - the whole library is open to every account, and your imported tunes stay in your own account.

Refunds

If Windway isn't for you, email hello@windway.app within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full - no questions, no forms. Refunds are executed by Creem, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
