About Windway

Hi, I'm Ivan 👋, creator of Windway. Windway is a one-person project made by a software engineer who fell in love with this little instrument about ten years ago.

It began as a tool for my own practice: I've noticed I improve best when my practice is more organised, and wanted to build some tools to help me learn tunes more deliberately.

The idea is to make Windway a full toolkit for learning. I didn't want to force people into a specific way of learning - but rather give them tools to help shape their own practice. I'd like to add much more to it - drills, exercises, libraries of video lessons. A one-stop shop to help you improve.
