What we do store

When you create an account we keep your email address, your sign-in identity, and your practice data - practice rotation and collections, progress and scores, imported tunes, and your whistle key. This lives in Google Firebase (Firestore), in your own per-account record, so your practice follows you between devices. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything except showing it back to you.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Your card details go to Creem and their payment processors - we never see or store them. Creem tells us only what's needed to unlock your copy: that your account's purchase succeeded (or was refunded), and its order id.

Cookies and tracking

Windway uses your browser's local storage to remember your session and settings. There are no ads, no third-party trackers, and no analytics that identify you.

Deleting your data

Email us from your account address and we'll delete your account and the data stored under it.
